My appraiser compadre and fellow blogger Ryan Lundquist, at the Sacramento AppraisalBlog, wrote an excellent piece this week on the situation with Zillow. I regularly work for investors who hire me to appraise a home they are interested in buying. Of course, I am a realpropertyappraiser, so clearly, I am biased.

With the massive amount of technology available to anyone who can access the internet, you might wonder why bother getting a realpropertyappraisal? Isn’t that all that appraisers do?
