For years, Zillow Zesimates have been zinged by realestate professionals for creating angst in the market by their unsupportable value estimates. My appraiser compadre and fellow blogger Ryan Lundquist, at the Sacramento AppraisalBlog, wrote an excellent piece this week on the situation with Zillow.
