My appraiser compadre and fellow blogger Ryan Lundquist, at the Sacramento AppraisalBlog, wrote an excellent piece this week on the situation with Zillow. I regularly work for investors who hire me to appraise a home they are interested in buying. Of course, I am a real propertyappraiser, so clearly, I am biased.
