When a manufactured home is completed, it is inspected by a HUD certified inspector in the factory. You can verify that a manufactured home has been inspected by the metal tag which is placed on the outside indicating it meets the HUD code (one tag per section). These are two distinctly difference codes.
Appraisal management company (AMC) : An institution operated independently of a lender that, once notified by a lender, orders a home appraisal. Fees may include the appraisal, the home inspection, a title search, a pest inspection and more. Inspection occurs when the home is under contract or in escrow.
A real estate closing is the final stretch of a real estate transaction, during which several tasks prepare the property for transfer. Throughout this time, several inspections are performed to check everything from the physical condition of the home to the underlying financial and legal health of the property.
