Agent-to-agent referrals aren’t as commonly mentioned in most real estate lead generation training courses as cold calling or door knocking. In most real estate transactions, a referring agent (the person who turns over a client to another agent) receives a referral fee from the receiving agent’s brokerage when they successfully close a deal.
