ChatGPT: Valuable Tool or a Replacement for Real Estate Appraisers? I have not had time to use it, but have been reading and watching demos about how it can be used for appraisers for awhile. Built in 2003, the Mediterranean style primary residence totals 4, 050 sq. It definitely can be very useful, as Dustin explains.
